Good photo of Andy's "Don't they know who i am" touring car shell that's what happens when you hit the barriers you did a good job of taping it up it looked like new.

With 1 heat of Mardave 2 heats of minis and 3 heats of touring cars with 7 cars in each heat it was going to be a busy evening.

Well done to Andy on taking pole and the win with the mini using the out of date sweep tyres. Darren's car looked very good in qualifying and was having a good battle with Billy Boag for 2nd and 3rd with Iain last in the A (i know my place). Steve poled the B but didn't have to much luck due to grip roll and back marker issues.

Andy "Don't they know who i am" was in the first heat of touring cars but still managed to qualify 3rd with Iain "How are you in the top heat" qualifying 4th. With the pole man crash out of the A final that left Andy and Allan Stead to battle it out for the lead with Allan finally taking the win from Andy with Iain 3rd.

Ok, so seeing as it's the Andy and Ian mutual appreciation service, I have to say that Ian was in first place of the mini A final for about one second and had all the bad luck of the night.
Once again he had to rebuild my car and look how it went. I need my wing man.
In tourers again he was in the mix but for two incidents, first Billy sending his car 10 feet into the air (that was enough to put anyone off their driving, but it didn't) and second not being able to see your car at the fastest point on the track, so 3rd was a good result.
So seeing as Darren and Steve were on the new tyres and Ian and myself on old as Capel racers we did the club proud.
We did mention the Good Friday race and I think there will be a couple that will come down.
But We will be able to give them more details at West Kent i'm sure.
If you are up or near Sidcup and happen to have your RC cars with you and want to race (even though they meet on the same night as Capel) give them a try, it's a good club.
