Club Rules for 2013 Empty Club Rules for 2013

So below can be found the "Tweeked" rules for the start of the new Championship 2013.
As a club we don't want to be checking cars or putting them into be scrutineered, is not what we feel the club should be doing or need to do. It's an honesty thing.
This is not aimed at any one single person or the have and have nots. It is aimed at keeping the Club having, close, affordable racing.
There is no problem with anyone trying new ideas as long as it doesn't brake the rules.
As always this might create a debate. But these are now the new rules.
This does by no means mean they will not be looked at through the new year and if the club feels things need to be changed then it will be looked into.
The Capel club runs on a democracy and it works.
OK, that's it from me.
I wish you all a Happy Christmas and a great racing New Year.
Please, Please always remember to "Enjoy the Drive".

Mark,
Can we please add the 1 extra point for pole to the new Championship 2013?
This was a good idea brought up by one of the other racers and makes (sorry for the pun) a good point.
