As the title says, Tim Harrop wins the 13.5 Winter Championship and with it becomes the West Kent Club Champion for the Winter series.
Well done Tim. Pretty dominant racing all through the winter. Your right on your racing game at the moment with this Championship and your 3rd overall in Carpet Wars as well.
Well done the rest of you Capel racers in 13.5.
